Shipping Policy


Liquid Coils Vape Shop Vape Co. uses USPS as it's sole shipping carrier, we do not offer expedited shipping or shipping with any other carriers. Liquid Coils Vape Shop Vape Co. only ships packages using USPS' Priority Mail Service and First Class Mail Service. All orders are shipped within 24-48 hours of being placed. Free shipping on orders $50.00 or more applies to U.S only.


Tracking information: 

USPS tracking information may take up to 24 hours before any status is shown. At times, customers may experience their tracking showing "Electronic shipping information received." This simply states that USPS has scanned the package and does not always determine the movement of the package whereabouts.

For Priority Packages: 

1, 2, or 3 day quotes for Priority Mail shipments are merely estimated times based on region given by USPS. These quotes only apply to a package's time in transit, they do not apply to the time a package spends in each USPS facility. Priority Mail has an average delivery window of 2-5 business days after the package has been accepted by USPS. Priority Mail through USPS is not an expedited shipping service. Spending the extra money for Priority Mail will get your package to you faster, but it is not a guaranteed service. Priority Mail packages are insured by USPS for up to $100 in value. Exceptions may apply and delivery times are not guaranteed. Note: We do not refund shipping for packages delivered after the estimated date.

Free Shipping: 

Liquid Coils currently offers free shipping for United States customers that spend $50 or more in a single order. This free shipping method is solely based on the weight of each package as they are being processed through our facility.

• Orders that weigh 1 lb or over will be shipped out using USPS' Priority Mail Service.

• Orders that weigh under 1 lb will be shipped out using USPS' First Class Mail Service.

Delivery Delays: 

Once Liquid Coils Vape Shop Vape Co. has handed the package over to USPS, it is their responsibility. We do not guarantee transit times, if customers are experiencing issues with their package in transit, please contact USPS directly.

Where do we Ship? 

Liquid Coils Vape Shop Vape Co. currently ships Internationally. We will ship All Merchandise at the customer's own risk, there is a chance imported packages will be confiscated by the receiving country's customs department. We are not responsible in this scenario. Customers are responsible for any duties/customs fees. If a customer's package is held in customs the customer will have to wait for it to be released and/or pay all necessary duties/taxes. All prices are listed in USD.

Lost Package Policy: 

In the event you feel confident the package has been lost, you can file a claim directly through USPS. After 15 days (20 days for Canadian orders, 45 days for Military addresses, 30 days for other countries) from the last scan and the package has not been scanned as delivered, on the 16th day (or 21st day for Canadian orders, 46th day for Military orders or 31st for other countries) we will re-ship the order to you if the items are still in stock, in the case that the items are out of stock we will apply store credit to your account. If we determine that the package was lost due to an incorrect provided address, you will need to make another purchase and file a claim through USPS. If the package shows delivered and is not in your mailbox please check with your neighbors or postman. Once the package shows delivered to the confirmed address we can file a claim for you and if approved by USPS we will only be able to cover what USPS reimburses us for, up to the $100 that USPS covers per Priority packages. Claims can take up to 30 days to get approved. If you want to file the claim you can at this link For First-Class packages we are unable to file a claim as there is no insurance on First-Class packages. Return to Sender Packages:

If your package is returned to sender, we have to receive the package before issuing any credits or refunds. You will be credited for the order amount minus the cost of shipping. All return to sender packages will be issued a store credit as the standard refund method. If store credit is unsatisfactory, our service agents will transfer the store credit to a card refund. All card refunds incur a 2% deduction to cover credit card fees. By agreeing to all of the above, we strongly urge to carefully look at your order before making the final completion of your purchase.
